As an independent design collaborator, Stephanie works closely with Fleur-de-lis Construction to coordinate layouts, finishes, and design details with the construction process. When architectural plans are needed, she collaborates with Ric at RH Designs or the client’s own architect to bring the interior design and architectural plans together, creating a cohesive vision from concept to completion.

RH Designs, LLC

Residential and Commercial Architecture

Ric provides residential and commercial architectural services through RH Designs, LLC. As an independent collaborator, he helps our clients develop plans for new homes, additions, and renovations involving structural changes, including architectural drawings for permit submission and construction.

Ric works closely with Stephanie Casey Interiors or your own designer to bring the architectural plans and interior design together. We collaborate throughout planning to coordinate your vision, layout, and design choices with the practical details of construction.

MEET YOUR BUILDER

Hi, I’m Chris.

I’m a builder, a renovator, and a real estate investor. I like helping people see what a home can become.

I bring more than 15 years of construction experience to Fleur-de-lis, including project management for homebuilders and a degree in Construction Management from LSU.

Based in Ashland, I work with homeowners throughout Greater Richmond and surrounding areas on renovations, additions, and new construction. Whether you have a clear plan or are still figuring out the next step, I’d be glad to hear what you’re thinking.
